Secoin received the 5S Good Practice Certificate

On May 25, 2018 Saigon Secoin Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company was honored to receive the 5S Good Practice Certificate. The score of 72/100 has partly acknowledged the efforts of the whole staffs during one year of implementatio.
The implementation of the 5S program of Janpa began to apply in the factories system of Saigon Secoin Industrial Investment JSC from the begining of June 2017. With the characteristics of a building material industry, basic materials are cement, sand , stone ... Secoin's production system always faces difficulties in creating a clean production environment that conforms to international standards. Practical 5S practice for the Secoin team had initinal stages seemingly with many difficulties to overcome. However , with the determination of the Board of Directors, endless efforts of the management operator and the persistence and hard  work of each employee / worker in each department / workshop, and all above other with the enthusiastic and professional advice from the VJQC Center and experts from Japan, the positive change has gradually come true through each month.
 

At the closing ceremony of the 5S practice program, when the VJQC representative reported the results and showed BEFORE images (images of 12 months ago) & AFTER (current images), the Secoin employees were so surprised at big changes in each department / workshop.

In addition to awarding the 5S Good Practice Certificate to Secoin, the VJQC and the Secoin Board of Directors also praised individuals who have contributed positively to the success of the 5S Good Practice program.

Good Practice Certificate 5S is the basic foundation to facilitate Secoin in implementing other innovative programs and to help Secoin raise its level and increasingly grow.
