SECOIN Achieves EDGE ADVANCED Green Building Certification – Affirming Its Commitment to Global Sustainable Development
Ho Chi Minh City, October 29, 2025 – Secoin is honored to receive the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) Green Building Certification from IFC – a member of the World Bank Group – for its Secoin Eco Artistic Tiles Factory located in My Xuan B1 Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
The certification ceremony took place solemnly during the Vietnam Green Building & Green Transport Week 2025 at Vinpearl Landmark 81, with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh – Vice Minister of Construction, and Mr. Jackson Woo – General Director of SGS Vietnam, the certifying body for EDGE.
Outstanding Achievements of the EDGE ADVANCED Certification
According to SGS assessment, the Secoin Eco Artistic Tiles Factory achieved the EDGE ADVANCED standard with impressive performance indicators:

100% reduction in embodied carbon in materials
These results stem from Secoin’s adoption of advanced green manufacturing solutions, including:

Energy-efficient lighting and insulated roofing systems

Water-saving equipment in production and daily-use areas

Reuse of materials in floors, walls, roofs, and door frames – significantly reducing CO₂ emissions over the product lifecycle
The certification was issued by SGS, a leading international inspection and certification organization, under the EDGE Software Version 3.0 standard and recognized by IFC – World Bank Group.
